Havza is a first-class extra virgin olive oil brand produced in state-of-the art hi-tech facilities. The olives used in production grow on 120 million trees planted in orchards with a unique geographical location, climate, land structure and soil characteristics.

 

Agricultural pesticides are never used in this area. The olives are collected from the trees with a special technique and are immediately extracted.

 

Before getting fermented, the natural olives are first stripped off their leaves with a ‘no-waste and fast’ olive harvesting technique. After being thoroughly washed in the washing unit, they are crushed into paste state. Without going through any chemical procedures,

the paste is kneaded with natural methods under 26 degrees temperature and then transferred to cold press to yield aromatic, exquisite and natural extra-virgin olive oil.

In the 120 million tree orchards, the periodicity effect has been reduced to a minimum compared to other countries thanks to the improvement of olive varieties, irrigation, agricultural spraying and fertilizing with high technological infrastructures.
